Thirty-one years ago, STP Caribe and Black Luxury Service founder Lorena Herrera faced a reality familiar to many entrepreneurs and parents alike: stepping into the unknown without knowing exactly how everything would work out.
“Being a mother is not easy,” Lorena shared in a recent reflection marking the company’s 31st anniversary. “When this story began, I didn’t know if I was ready for this life.”
At the time, there were questions many business owners quietly ask themselves but rarely say out loud:

Would there be enough strength to keep going through the difficult days?

“There were days when we didn’t know if we would be able to keep going,” she explained. “But I never gave up.”
